Eco-village

The commitment of the owners to offer you a sustainable stay is realized through different actions, including:

Production of heat energy only from woody biomass, partially produced on-site.

Production of electrical energy from a 20 kW on-site photovoltaic system, which covers almost the entire energy demand, with additional supply coming exclusively from CVA, providing 100% certified green energy.

Breakfast is served with farm products (jams, fruits, eggs) and products at zero kilometers (fruit juices, honey, yogurt, cheese, cured meats, and biscuits).

Courtesy products are sourced locally from Alpiflora, a company that cultivates aromatic herbs from which essential oils are extracted.

To reduce the consumption of drinking water, toilet flushes and irrigation of green areas are carried out using water captured from local sources and supplied by the Valmeache irrigation consortium.

Linen is provided by a local industrial laundry with the environmental certification UNI EN ISO 14001.

Use of environmentally friendly products for sanitization and hygiene with Ecolabel certification. Use of devices that consumes low energy and water.

Whenever possible, in the restoration of the existing buildings, local materials with low environmental impact have been preferred. The buildings have also been recently renovated in terms of energy.

The family promotes projects and is committed to the enhancement of the traditional historical heritage.
